1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

We do not ship internationally and do not accept orders for delivery outside the UK.


2. UK Delivery

We offer delivery to addresses within the UK mainland.

Delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, order volume, and courier service.


3. Click & Collect

We offer free Click & Collect from our store.

How it works:

  1. Place your order online

  2. Select “Click & Collect” at checkout

  3. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready

  4. Collect during store opening hours

Orders will only be available for collection once you receive a confirmation email.


4. Dispatch Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Tools Central is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.


6. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, we may need to charge additional delivery costs for re-delivery.


7. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

We may request photographs to help resolve the issue quickly.
